- تحديد طرق الشحن التي تناسب طبيعة المنتجات للحفاظ عليها أثناء عملية النقل
- الالتزام بحدود الميزانية والإنتاجية، والعمل على تلبية أهداف المؤسسة
- نقل الخبرة إلى فريق العمل وتوجيه جميع أفراده من أجل تحسين نظام العمل
- مراقبة الجودة والكمية، وتتبع مواعيد التسليم وتكاليف النقل
- إيجاد الحلول المناسبة للمعوقات والمشاكل التي تحدث أثناء العمل
- الالتزام بالقواعد واللوائح ومتطلبات الأيزو وتنفيذ سياسيات السلامة

Confirming all shipping deadlines and priority cut-off times are met. Direct the Shipping Operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping processes of all orders with maximum efficiency. Provide a guidance to supervisors on any special requirements. Provide advice to customers management on cargo requirements. Ensure that all shipments comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including safety regulations and customs requirements. Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc. Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency. Involved in the analysis and monitoring of operational data to ensure potential problems are averted. Controlling mis-ship and backorders and locating missing product as needed. Attending in meetings or sit on committees established within the government departments to represent the company. Arrange daily/weekly meetings with staff as appropriate to review overall team/individual performance. Hiring, training, and supervising shipping employees. Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
